USPA NEWS - The new Paris of rent control device applies to residential leases signed in Paris on 1 August 2015, according to the decree signed by Jean-François Carenco Prefect of the Ile-de-France, prefect of Paris published June 26, 2015 and pursuant to ALUR law.
