A LONG MARCH OF 17 DAYS FORM NANTES TO PARIS TO SPEAK OUT ABOUT LOW INTEREST ON DISABILITY Seventeen days after leaving Nantes, Yoann, Philippe, Jean-Pierre and Nicolas of the APF-Territoire 44 delegation completed their citizen march of forgotten on Tuesday 11 April in Paris. 450 kilometers traveled in handkibe and bicycle-crutches to focus the spotlight on the daily life of people with disabilities and millions of excluded.---------------------------------------------- ARRIVAL AT THE SYMBOLIC ESPLANADE OF HUMAN RIGHTS AT TROCADERO PARIS FACING EIFFEL TOWERIn the midst of tourists who hurry to discover the Eiffel Tower under a bright spring sun, between 200 and 300 people crowd around four citizen marchers, the heroes of the day. Yoann Durand, Philippe Raimbault, Jean-Pierre Chambon and Nicolas Bouchet, all four in a situation of disability, answered questions from journalists. 12 MILLIONS OF VOTERS ARE HEAVY WEIGHT ON NEXT ELECTIONS BALANCE---------------------------------------- Representing people with disabilities, the marchers shouted their anger and rage, shouting their slogan "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity. You forgot us." Addressing the presidential candidates of 2017, It is a symbol in arriving at the esplanade of Human Rights, facing the Eiffel Tower, and where few media have mobilized to cover this event. Among the candidates for the presidential election, only Nicola Dupont Aignan attempted an appearance in response to this call for despair. Of the 44 Million Francais voters for the next presidential election, 12 million voters are directly or indirectly affected by the disability. This represents more than 1/4 of the electorate. This gives rise to a contempt which is paradoxical given the potential of voters, which the candidates do not seem to realize, if only by opportunism of race to the voices ... They are proud to have succeeded in the challenge they have embarked on through this citizen march of the forgotten: travel 450 kilometers from Nantes to Paris to raise media and citizens' awareness of the cause of the excluded. "Freedom, Equality, Fraternity. You forgot us, "chant the people present, notably residents of the Residence Clothilde Lamborot de Pantin (93) to address the politicians. For the purpose of this march, initiated by the APF, is to challenge the eleven candidates for the presidential election. "People with disabilities do not want to be excluded from the campaign and want the construction of an inclusive and inclusive society to be effective for all," recalls those who spoke through three regions through conferences, Meetings or sit-in.

Various personalities, including Pascale Ribes, vice-president of the APF and Grégoire Charmois, director of the delegation APF-Territoire 44, succeed one another. They recall the urgent need to take into consideration the nine million people living below the poverty line in France, including 1.2 million people with disabilities. Among the proposals of the APF, the creation of an individual income of existence for all persons with disabilities who can not or no longer work. At least equal to the poverty line (€ 1,008 per month) and disconnected from the income of the spouse or partner, it must provide a lasting answer so that no person with a disability lives below the poverty line.Source APF, FaireFace
